And as it happens, November 5 is Kartik Purnima super full moon which is associated with Shiva’s triumph over the demon Tripurasura, and Krishna’s defeat of the demon Narakasura. This day symbolizes the victory of good over evil. Not a bad day for a meet up! (I don’t know much about it, just saw that on my moon calendar.)
The venue is pretty cool, sort of a copy cat of those slick jazz bars in Japan, with a bunch of non alcoholic stuff too… (I don’t drink myself.)
